BiasForge uses data to run accounts, access, payments, support, and beta tools.

Information we collect
BiasForge collects the information needed to operate the platform: account email, profile details, order records, product access status, TradingView username, optional Discord or support details, and messages you send to support.
Payments
Payments are handled by our checkout and merchant-of-record providers. BiasForge receives order, receipt, product, and fulfillment status details, but does not store full card numbers.
Product and beta tools
If you use member tools, BiasForge may process uploaded journal files, market preferences, saved settings, profile assets, and beta workspace activity so the account can show imports, access, and research context.
Analytics and logs
We use server logs, product events, analytics, and error diagnostics to secure the site, monitor uptime, understand page usage, debug issues, and improve the product. Personal IP addresses are not shown in the admin traffic snapshot.
How we use data
We use data to create accounts, deliver access, process orders, prevent abuse, provide support, send service emails, improve product quality, and meet legal, tax, compliance, and security requirements.
Service providers
BiasForge uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database/storage, email delivery, checkout, analytics, support, and community integrations. Data is shared only where needed to run those services.
Retention
Account and product data is kept while the account is active or while needed for support, security, tax, compliance, or legal records. You can request deletion, but some order and compliance records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support. You can also update account profile details inside the customer workspace where available.
Security
BiasForge uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards for accounts, payments, and platform data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

BiasForge tools, news views, benchmarks, and market context are for research and education. They are not investment advice, trading advice, or a promise of performance.
Changes
This policy may be updated as BiasForge adds providers, payment flows, beta tools, or compliance requirements. The public page will show the latest version.
