Terms of use
These terms govern BiasForge indicators, bundles, benchmark pages, member tools, and supporting materials.
Free access
Website tools and indicator use are free during launch. No purchase or subscription is required. Availability is shown for each platform. Existing order and license records remain valid; free access does not make proprietary source code public.
License and access
BiasForge retains ownership of its tools and materials. Free access does not transfer ownership or authorize resale, redistribution, or sharing. Existing paid orders remain governed by the terms that applied when purchased.
No resale or redistribution
You may not resell, sublicense, lease, lend, share, mirror, redistribute, publish, or repackage BiasForge indicators, bundles, research outputs, release materials, or supporting documentation without written permission from BiasForge.
No code or signal extraction
You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, reconstruct, scrape, clone, or derive the logic, visual structure, source code, settings, outputs, or internal workflows of BiasForge for competing, resale, or public redistribution purposes.
Platform availability
TradingView access may require a publisher invitation. MT5 downloads require a verified free account. A platform release is available only after its package and publication checks pass. Proprietary Pine and MQL5 source remains private; Session Range Lite has its own public open-source license.
Account responsibility
Keep your account email accurate and secure. Provide a platform username when requesting TradingView access. Do not share account credentials or private workspace data.

BiasForge tools, benchmark boards, news views, and market commentary are provided for informational and research purposes only. They are not investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, or a promise of performance.
Service changes
BiasForge may update features, pricing, layouts, data sources, dashboards, benchmark boards, and automation as the product evolves. Services can expand, pause, or be removed over time.
Enforcement
BiasForge may suspend or terminate access, refuse future service, or remove delivered access if misuse, sharing, redistribution, abuse, refund fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms is detected.
