Terms & Use

BiasForge access is protected, licensed, and non-transferable.

These terms govern access to BiasForge indicators, bundles, beta tools, benchmark surfaces, research layers, and supporting materials delivered through TradingView and the BiasForge website.

License and access

BiasForge products are licensed, not sold. Access is granted to the TradingView account supplied with the order or access request. Access is personal, revocable, and non-transferable.

No resale or redistribution

You may not resell, sublicense, lease, lend, share, mirror, redistribute, publish, or repackage BiasForge indicators, bundles, research outputs, release materials, or supporting documentation without written permission from BiasForge.

No code or signal extraction

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, reconstruct, scrape, clone, or derive the logic, visual structure, source code, settings, outputs, or internal workflows of BiasForge for competing, resale, or public redistribution purposes.

TradingView delivery

BiasForge access is delivered through TradingView invite-only or protected delivery methods. Customers receive use access only. BiasForge does not grant any right to inspect, copy, or redistribute protected script source code.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the TradingView username, email address, and checkout details you provide. If incorrect account details are submitted, access timing and fulfillment may be delayed until the identity or destination account is clarified.

No financial advice

BiasForge tools, benchmark boards, news views, and market commentary are provided for informational and research purposes only. They are not investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, or a promise of performance.

Beta and service changes

BiasForge is actively evolving. Features, pricing, layouts, data sources, dashboards, benchmark boards, and automation may change, expand, pause, or be removed as the product matures, especially during beta and pre-release stages.

Enforcement

BiasForge may suspend or terminate access, refuse future service, or remove delivered access if misuse, sharing, redistribution, abuse, refund fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms is detected.

These product terms should still be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final legal policy for every jurisdiction you sell into.
